Sunday I was also going to the Toronto Wine & Cheese show (in Mississauga lol). So I wanted to eat some foods in the morning that I thought were gonna keep me nice and full, so that I wasn't feeling tipsy after a few glasses.
So this is what I made for breakfast:
Sadly my frying pan was too big for the batch I made. I only made a single serving, and it was either the large frying pan or the mini one. I opted for the big one. lol Clearly it was too big as the pancake was so thin it ripped and torn when I tried to flip it.
I also had made a breakfast cookie Saturday night, and shaped it into a bar instead of a cookie shape. Thew it in the freezer and packed it along in my purse as I was off to the wine and cheese show.
Oatmeal, raisins, sunflower seeds, ground flax, cashew butter and 1 banana. *ate half saving the rest of later*
Toronto Wine & Cheese show sponsored by Metro grocery store. Those are some serious groceries lol. No idea who the lady is just used her as a scale to keep perspective of the size of the groceries and cart.
Right off the bat, 2 long tables of cheese. 3 of the cheeses on here tasted like Kobasa*barrfff*. Also upon entering we are given our own wine glass for sampling. This was the first wine I tasted out of 3, and the only one I really liked. *can't remember the name, but I have it written down at home so I can buy it later*
A mango Margarita. Meh tasted too much like mango flavoured frozen vodka.
Summer Fresh was there. I grabbed a small bowl and mini mini spoon of some bean salad. It was pretty good. Worth making at home myself.

Some grilled mushrooms and some blackberry sangria. Not a fan either surprisingly.
Michelle and I were pretty much done the tour of the show, and had a million sample tickets left that we had bought. Though I was not in the least hungry, I got some pasta and brucshetta. The bread was rock hard, so after 2 bites with bread I just ate the topping. The penne with vodka sauce was cold, so only a few bites there. The tortellini in cream sauce was warm and delish, I ate it all.
We finished and left the show just after 2pm. I called Kevin to see if he wanted to meet me at the Scarborough Town Centre, as it is 10 mins from work for him and 10 mins from Michelle's place *I drove*. Kevin agreed. We met and sauntered over to the food court. While Kevin grabbed a Tims Double Double, I grabbed a BlueberryPom Matcha from Freshly Squeezed.
For obvious reasons I wasn't too hungry when I got home (p.s. I stopped at Winners and got a med sized frying pan). So it wasn't until 6:30 that I decided to make dinner. I was tired and didn't want to order anything or resort to fast food, though I was so tempted to do so. Instead I opted to try something new once again.
5 mushrooms, 1 zucchini, red onion, some garlic
Dried Thyme, basil & oregano with 1 chopped tomato (not pictured, 1/4 cup of tomato sauce)
Spaghetti Squash! First Try Ever!
About 2 cups (1/2 of the squash)
Topped with sauce and veggies.
I loved it! Can't wait till I have the other half of the squash. It was so easy to make. after heating the squash, just take a fork through the squash and rake out the 'spaghetti'.
I know I had 6, 8oz glasses of water.
No calories burned through exercise.
No clue as to an accurate amount of calories I ate because of the wine and cheese show.

I also grabbed this after dinner.

That spaghetti squash dish looks really good. I'm going to have to try it! :)
